Introduction

As part of the Findings assessment lifecycle, customers create automated findings (pre-defined gaps that are triggered) based on the answers you provide in the assessment.

This is to make sure you are in line with the compliance requirements of your customer.

When you submit an assessment, the customer reviews your responses. Once they have finished their review, you will receive an email notification indicating as such. If there are any findings, you will need to review them.

To review the findings, you must login directly into the platform and review the findings in your completed assessment.
