To add a new user to the organization, click the pink, '+ ADD' button.

A popup box will now appear. In the 'Enter user email address', type in the new user's email address; and click 'Role' and a select a role from the dropdown menu.

There are 4 main roles:

Admin, wherein the user has full access to the entire account.
BO/SO, wherein the business owner or sales owner have limited access, and can streamline certain requests to their internal security department.
Reporter: created for users who would like to incorporate API integrations, they are defined to trigger API calls to retrieve data used for analytics software, they do not have access to the system.
'Viewer': only has viewing privileges in the system, cannot make any changes.
