Once you have added the teammate, you have the ability to see if they onboarded or not via the the 'User Management' tab under settings.

To check the onboarding status of team members added, click the logo in the top right hand logo, then click the pencil icon next the organization's name.

You will now be taken to the User Management tab in 'Organizations settings'. On the right hand side, you will see the subtitle 'onboarding status'.

A checkmark means the contact has onboarded, while an orange, dotted circle means the request has been sent out but the user has not onboarded yet.

You can resend an invitation to a 'Pending' team member(s). This resends them the onboarding email.
